I've noticed items load before buildings, so chances are the magazines loaded before the racks and just fell. I found this out the hard way with my 7-story building and finding all of my decorations on the ground below. <strong>You should make a habit of strictly fast-traveling to your custom settlement just to be safe.</strong></p></blockquote><p></p>
