PlayStation 4: Ausfall der TacoBell Konsole - arogon erklärt uns, was passiert ist

At which point the console just sat there pulsing blue. It never showed any images on the screen, I was never able to update the console or even connect the DS4 controller to it. It was shipped dead to me. The package was not damage in any way so I don't think it was broken during shipping, but you never know. Once I contacted customer support they refused to help me. After a while I got a tech that actually helped me and walked me through the steps to enter safe mode. The console never entered safe mode. Eventually after about 8 hours Sony agreed to service my console. I should be getting an empty box to ship the console back for repair today. Maybe... tech said I might not get it till Friday. Overall: the console never displayed any images, it never passed the blue light booting stage, it never gave power to the USB drives in the front and I was unable to connect a controller. I was never able to enter safe mode either. I tried many different suggestion including the HDD removal but that did not help.</p><p> Sorry for the rambling, Im bad with words.
