Auf PS3Trophies.co.uk wurde nun eine Liste mit allen Trophäen zu GTA IV herausgegeben.
Eigentlich waren für das Spiel keine Trophies vorgesehen, doch laut ihrem Insider-Wissen erscheint in nächster Zeit ein Patch mit folgenden Trophäen:
